Products and Services
Carla's Corner sells home décor, gifts, party supplies, customized products, and provides party planning and decorating services.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Customized Products
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, graphics, logos, designs, and website content are the property of Carla's Corner and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Carla's Corner is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Party Planning & Decorating Service Agreement
A signed agreement is required for all event services.
Booking
A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date.
Final Payment
Final payment is due no later than 14 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If a client cancels after supplies have been purchased or custom items have been ordered, those costs remain the client's responsibility.
Changes
Reasonable changes may be accommodated based on availability. Additional charges may apply.
Setup & Teardown
Carla's Corner will arrive at the agreed-upon time to complete setup and teardown as outlined in the event proposal.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely venue access, accurate event information, and a safe working environment.
Rental Items
Rental items remain the property of Carla's Corner. The client is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen emergencies.
Liability
Carla's Corner maintains reasonable care while providing services but is not responsible for damages caused by venue conditions, third-party vendors, or circumstances outside our control.
