Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items
- Custom-made products
- Party décor used at an event
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
